Who
can join?
Any boy in first
through fifth grade who is willing to join us at our
meetings. Be prepared to have fun!
Den Meetings
Each Cub Scout is a member of a den. Most
dens have six to eight boys and meet weekly. Den
meetings are a time for learning new things, working on
advancements, and having fun.
Pack 476 Meetings
Each den is a member of a our pack which meets
monthly. Pack meetings are a time for boys to be
recognized for their accomplishments during the month,
to perform skits and participate in ceremonies.
When does our Pack meet?
Our pack meets the 3rd Monday of every month at
First United Methodist Church of Hewitt at 6:00 p.m. If
you are thinking about joining scouts this is a great
time to see for yourself how much fun the scouts have at
our meetings.
Uniforms
The uniform is an important part of the Scouting
program. It identifies the boys and adults giving them a
sense of belonging to the den, the pack, and the Boy
Scouts of America. They should wear it to all den
meetings, pack meetings, and special pack activities.
